Minster came one game away from state last year. The only thing that stopped them was a 28-0 loss to Marion Local in the region 24 title game. The Wildcats outscored there opponents last year 258-115 over the regular season. They were able to hold state wide powerhouse Delphos St. Johns to a single touchdown in a 7-0 loss. Head coach Nate Moore will enter his third season as Minster head coach. In just two seasons Moore took a 1-9 Minster team to 5-5 and an 8 seed in the playoffs to 7-3 last year and one win away from state. If all goes as planned Minster will hope this year brings a state appearance and maybe even a title.
