2010 Recap- 7-3, lost in the second round of the playoffs to McNicholas
Roger Bacon had a season not alot of people outside of the school expected, they went 7-3 and made it to the second round of the divison III playoffs before being ousted by GCL central foe McNicholas. Bacon loses QB Tanner Sprong who threw for 1700 yards and 19 touchdowns last year, aswell as the key recievers. But the Spartans do regain there leading rusher,Griffin Mouty who rushed for over 1000 yards and 11 touchdowns. They also took a huge hit on defense losing team sack leader Innocent Macha and interception leader Brian Bein. They however dropped to divison 4 which should make gaining playoff points a little easier. The Spartans will open up the season with Mt. Healthy, then will play North College Hill who went 10-0 last year and will open up league with Chaminade Julienne who they defeated last year in an incredible 44-41 shoot out.
